Somewhere between the earth and sky, somewhere over looking infinite vistas and under aromatic
spell of blended olives, oils and wines, in a country laced with winding
streams and cascading waters, stands the Golan Olive Oil Mill, a prominent
structure inspired by the ancient villages of the area that came before. Basalt, iron, antiquated wood and glass band together in traditional lines to create a design that is akin the local views and respectful of the region's remarkable history. The enclosed space of the structure can hold 400 to 500 people and offers a loft overlooking the main hall which is uniquely reminiscent of a medieval citadel and can be suited for all occasions, celebrations and events.
